SC99 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the SC99 platform ("Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the SC99 Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to particular games or promotions available on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the SC99 Platform. SC99 reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time and for any reason.

2. Eligibility

Use of the SC99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the SC99 Platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You will create only one (1) account per individual. SC99 prohibits the operation of multiple accounts by the same individual. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You will not share your sc99 login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You will immediately notify sc99 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

SC99 may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documentation may include a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. All deposits to your SC99 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. SC99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your sc99 wallet in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that matches your registered account details.
• SC99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, including requests to provide documentation evidencing the source of funds.

4.3 Currency. All sc99 account balances, transactions, and reported figures are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). SC99 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting transactions conducted through payment methods that perform currency conversion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

SC99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all sc99 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible players as defined in the specific promotion terms. SC99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the SC99 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sporting event in question, as displayed on the Platform at the time of betting. The following general rules apply:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• SC99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds caused by a system error or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, SC99's decision, based on available data and records, shall be final.
• SC99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum winnings on any bet at its sole discretion, including imposing individual account-level limits.
• Bets placed by minors or individuals in breach of these Terms are void. SC99 is entitled to retain all funds associated with voided bets placed in breach of eligibility requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SC99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the SC99 Platform without the express prior written consent of SC99.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SC99 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the SC99 Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where SC99 has not been negligent in maintaining Platform security.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures outside SC99's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform.

SC99's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

SC99's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the SC99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy. SC99 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and international gaming authority requirements relating to anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming
